James Houvenaeghel is Eagle Roofing & Construction’s hands-on Production Manager who makes sure every job is done right, start to finish. He is graduate of Pearl River High School, and is married to Hannah. When he’s not overseeing projects, you’ll find him operating machinery, doing tractor work, hunting, fishing, or coaching his son’s baseball team—the same sport he grew up loving. Detail-driven and deeply committed, James brings the same passion, leadership, and work ethic from the ball field to every roof he manages.

Zack Houvenaeghel serves as a Salesman and Project Manager for Eagle Roofing & Construction, bringing over 14 years of construction experience to the team. A certified welder, Zack has worked across the country on projects ranging from commercial buildings to major pipeline work. Today, he performs Eagle Eye Inspections and works closely with homeowners and business owners to help protect their investments. Married to his wife Grace and a proud father of two boys, Zack enjoys spending his free time in the sportsman’s paradise—hunting and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Christian Kelch is a Project Manager at Eagle Roofing & Construction with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic. When he’s not on the job, he’s likely at the bowling alley as a proud member of the 300 Club, or out fishing and enjoying time as a devoted father. While inspecting roofs, Christian is also checking out what he can pressure washing—helping homeowners keep their properties clean, protected, and sparkling from the ground up.

Bishop Grigsby is a Project Manager at Eagle Roofing & Construction known for his strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. With a background in solar panel sales, Bishop brings valuable experience and insight to every construction project he manages. Married to his wife Liana and a proud father, he enjoys spending his free time on the golf course when he’s not working hard to help homeowners and business owners protect their investments.

Tracy McKinley is a Slidell native who began his insurance career in 2008 after transitioning from restaurant management, quickly building a reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted professional. With 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tracy has a strong understanding of alternative dispute resolutions, serving as an appraiser, umpire, and consultant. He works closely with property owners to assist with storm damage claims and help ensure accurate, fair outcomes. Known for his attention to detail and exceptional customer service, Tracy is married to his wife Karol, and together they are proud parents of three beautiful children.
